Fees for services are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Payments are typically handled on a monthly retainer or project-milestone basis. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought current.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, Clarity Health Partners grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the marketing materials and website designs created specifically for them. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, practice data, and clinical insights shared during the term of service strictly confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clarity Health Partners strives for excellence but cannot guarantee specific revenue increases or patient numbers as digital marketing performance depends on various external factors including market trends and platform algorithm changes.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice period as specified in the individual client contract.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
